Jeremy works as a team member wherever he is needed on a Provision project, keeping progress moving and holding the line on company standards from rough-in to final finish.

- What does your role entail?
- Work as a team member wherever I am needed on the project to keep progress going according to company standards.
- What is your past experience and background?
- I started in the trades in 2016 doing bath tub and shower remodels, then learned dustless tile demolition for a year. I worked for an assisted living facility doing apartment renovations and maintenance for three years, and then for a couple of contracting companies after that.
- What do you enjoy about working in the construction industry?
- I enjoy the physicality of the job, but it is very rewarding seeing the progression of your work until the end result. You can always learn something new.
- What do you enjoy most about working at Provision?
- Structure. Everything is organized and has a standard. Everyone works as an actual team, which is a huge bonus.
- What advice would you give to someone building or remodeling a home?
- Definitely research the contractor before you hire, because standards are not the same for every company.
- What is your favorite thing about living in Arizona?
- The diverse terrain across the state. There is so much to see and do here. It is just too hot most of the time.
- What is your favorite hobby or thing to do outside of work?
- Play drums or build my Marvel and Star Wars collection.
- What is one fun fact or hidden talent about you?
- I make Native American jewelry.
