We start with the home you have or the lot you've chosen, the lifestyle you want it to support, and a realistic conversation about budget, timeline, and what's actually possible. No drawings yet, just clarity.

Design & Pre-Construction
Architecture, structural strategy, interior design, and finish direction are developed together. Selections, allowances, and a detailed scope are built so the budget and the design tell the same story.

Documentation & Permitting
Drawings, specifications, and a thorough construction plan are finalized. Trade partners are scoped against real documents instead of guessed numbers, so the price you see is the price you build to.

Construction & Coordination
Our build team executes against the design plan with weekly homeowner communication, daily on-site oversight, and disciplined change-order control. Surprises become decisions, not problems.

Closeout & Move-In
Final detailing, punch, styling, and homeowner orientation. We hand back a home that's actually finished, not one you'll be finishing yourself for the next six months.
