What does your role entail?

As an owner, I wear many hats to ensure every project exceeds our clients' expectations. I oversee the entire process, from initial client consultations to project management, construction execution, and final walkthroughs. My role involves hands-on oversight, coordinating our talented team, maintaining tight quality control, and most importantly, ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless, stress-free luxury experience from concept to completion. Whether it is a new custom home or a full-scale luxury remodel, I am involved in making sure every detail aligns with our clients' vision.

What is your past experience and background?

I bring an engineering foundation to Provision, having graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management. Before co-founding the company with Vince, I gained practical experience in the heavy civil construction industry, working on large-scale projects that honed my technical skills and attention to detail. This engineering background combined with real-world building experience gives me a unique perspective on creating durable, practical, and beautiful spaces that function perfectly for each of our clients. Growing up with a passion for building and problem-solving naturally led me into this field.

What do you enjoy about working in the construction industry?

I love the tangible results. Taking an idea on paper, or in a client's mind, and turning it into a stunning, functional reality that people enjoy for generations. There is great satisfaction in solving complex challenges and developing creative solutions to the problems we face. The industry constantly evolves with new materials, technologies, and design trends, which keeps things exciting. Most of all, I enjoy collaborating with homeowners to create spaces that genuinely improve their lives.

What do you enjoy most about working at Provision?

What I love most is our commitment to doing things the right way. At Provision, we prioritize quality, attention to detail, and an exceptional client experience above everything else. There is nothing better than seeing a client's face when they walk into their finished home or remodel and realizing we did not just meet their expectations, we exceeded them. Being able to build this company with Vince has been incredibly rewarding. Seeing our trajectory and celebrating the wins together has been such a joy.

What advice would you give to someone building or remodeling a home?

Plan thoroughly, stay flexible, and be patient. The more clear you are on your priorities and must-haves upfront, the smoother the process will be. Do not rush the pre-construction process in an effort to fast-track construction. Choose your general contractor based on process, trust, and communication style as much as price. Your builder relationship is so much more than a number. Focus on quality where it matters most, and most importantly, enjoy the process. A luxury build or remodel should feel exciting, not stressful. Trust your team and lean on their expertise.

What is your favorite thing about living in Arizona?

The incredible variety of lifestyle we have here. Amazing food, tons of activities, and the best sunsets around. The weather allows for year-round outdoor living, which is perfect for me. In three hours, I can drive to a mountain to snowboard, or be on a beach in Mexico. It is hard to beat that.

What is your favorite hobby or thing to do outside of work?

When I am not working at work, I am working at home, fixing, building, or creating something around the house. I also enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, exercising, snowboarding, and shooting hoops. On a Friday after a long week, you can find me on the patio with a cocktail and a cigar.

What is one fun fact or hidden talent about you?

I have hit a hole-in-one, so I am a pretty good golfer, right Vince?
