Luxury Renovations & Custom Homes in Phoenix, Arizona
Phoenix luxury work is character-driven. Older homes in Arcadia, Biltmore, and the Camelback corridor have bones worth designing and building around. Provision approaches those projects, and the custom homes that replace them, with respect for what the home is, not just what it could be.

Building & Renovating in Phoenix
Design and construction that respect the home you started with.
Some of the most rewarding work we do in Phoenix is on character-rich homes in Arcadia, North Central, Biltmore, and around Camelback. These houses have architectural pedigree, mature landscaping, and proportions that newer homes rarely match. The temptation, especially during a renovation, is to over-modernize. We treat that as the failure mode, not the goal.
Our approach on these projects, whether a full renovation, a custom rebuild, or an interior design refresh, is to read the home first. What's worth keeping. What's worth updating. What was added later and quietly needs to go. The design and construction strategy is built around that read so the finished home feels evolved, not erased.

Three ways to work with Provision in Phoenix
A complete design-build firm, not just a contractor.
Most of our Phoenix work is luxury renovations and custom homes delivered under one roof: architecture, interior design, and construction. Interior design is also available as a standalone service for homeowners working with another builder.
Design + Build
Renovations, additions, and custom homes
One team handling design, interiors, and construction from the first conversation. Selections are made with construction realities in mind, the budget conversation happens earlier, and the home that gets drawn is the home that actually gets built.
Build to Plans
Construction on plans you already have
If you're already working with an architect or interior designer you trust, we'll build to those plans with the same pre-construction discipline, communication cadence, and finish quality we bring to our integrated work.
Interior Design Only
Design without the construction contract
Space planning, selections, cabinetry direction, drawings, and full specification packages, delivered to the builder or contractor of your choice. The design quality of a Provision custom home, without committing to us for the build.

How Phoenix lives
Material continuity, character preserved, design that lasts beyond the trend cycle.
Phoenix luxury homeowners tend to be longer-term residents. The homes we design and build for them are intended to live well for a decade, not a magazine cycle. Material palettes lean warmer, finishes are selected for patina, and trend-driven decisions are pushed to layers that can change easily.
Indoor-outdoor flow is still central here, but the architecture often dictates how that flow works. We design with the existing footprint, sightlines, and circulation rather than against them.
Projects we take on in Phoenix
Where our work tends to land here.
Arcadia & Biltmore renovations
Significant whole-home renovations of character homes where structural updates, layout improvements, and finish strategies are designed and built together.
Custom homes & reconstructions
Full reskins, scrape-and-rebuilds, and architecturally significant new construction in central Phoenix luxury submarkets, delivered design-build.
Kitchen, primary suite & whole-home interiors
The rooms most worth doing well, designed and built as one cohesive program. Available integrated with construction or as standalone interior design.
Additions & reconfigurations
Second-story pops, primary suite additions, and footprint changes detailed so the new work reads as part of the original home.
Investment & process
Renovation-grade discipline from design through construction.
Renovating a Phoenix character home well is a discipline. Existing conditions matter, structural surprises are part of the work, and design decisions have to flex when the home reveals something the drawings didn't.
Our integrated design-build process is built for this. The architect, interior designer, and builder are in the same conversation, so when the kitchen wall opens up and the soffit isn't where the drawings said it would be, the decision gets made quickly, by people who already understand the design intent.

Our Design-Build Process
Five steps from first conversation to a finished home.
Whether the engagement is a luxury renovation, a custom home, or a standalone interior design project, the process is structured to protect design intent, budget discipline, and homeowner experience from first conversation through closeout.

01
Discovery & Feasibility
We start with the home you have or the lot you've chosen, the lifestyle you want it to support, and a realistic conversation about budget, timeline, and what's actually possible. No drawings yet, just clarity.
02
Design & Pre-Construction
Architecture, structural strategy, interior design, and finish direction are developed together. Selections, allowances, and a detailed scope are built so the budget and the design tell the same story.
03
Documentation & Permitting
Drawings, specifications, and a thorough construction plan are finalized. Trade partners are scoped against real documents instead of guessed numbers, so the price you see is the price you build to.
04
Construction & Coordination
Our build team executes against the design plan with weekly homeowner communication, daily on-site oversight, and disciplined change-order control. Surprises become decisions, not problems.
05
Closeout & Move-In
Final detailing, punch, styling, and homeowner orientation. We hand back a home that's actually finished, not one you'll be finishing yourself for the next six months.
