Vince Galate

Vince is the founder of Provision and its full-time visionary, protecting the why behind the company as it grows. He guides expansion into custom and luxury spec homes, brings more design and trade expertise in-house, and oversees client experience and construction.

He is an opportunity-focused entrepreneur with roots in medical sales and consulting, a tech startup in employee engagement, and a U.S. and offshore medical manufacturing company. Provision brings all of that experience home.

What he loves about construction is the transformation, turning ideas into something real and tackling the unique challenges each project brings. His advice to anyone building or remodeling: don't rush the design phase. Choose a partner who honors the process through planning, experience, and craftsmanship.

A proud Arizonan, Vince never checks the weather. Outside of work, he is coaching his kids, traveling the world with his wife, and sneaking in a round of golf whenever he can.
