Where we started
Renovation is the discipline that built this firm.
Provision Design Build began as a renovation company. Years of working inside other people's homes taught us how to protect finishes, sequence trades around occupied spaces, and find the right answer when a wall opens up and reveals a problem nobody planned for. Today we're a complete design-build firm, but renovation is still where our craftsmanship was shaped, and it's still some of our most considered work.
The clients we serve aren't looking for a cosmetic refresh. They're planning full-home transformations, structural reconfigurations, kitchen and primary-suite renovations at custom-grade quality, and additions that need to feel as if they were always part of the home. That's the work we built our name on.

Why design-build matters more on a renovation
The walls already exist. The plan can't ignore them.
A renovation is the project type where unaligned teams cost homeowners the most. Designers draw what should be possible; existing structure, mechanical chases, and code realities can make those drawings expensive, and sometimes impossible, to build. When the design team and construction team have been talking from day one, surprises during demolition become problems we already have a plan for, instead of the start of a renegotiation.
