Braiden Darling

Braiden handles the electrical work across Provision's projects, along with most of the other hands-on labor that brings a home together, baseboards, cabinets, and everything in between.

Before joining Provision, he spent several years wiring and trimming out new builds, plus a few more in the commercial electrical field. What he enjoys most about the industry is working directly with clients and watching their vision come to life, all while doing something different from one day to the next.

What sets Provision apart, in his experience, is the attention to detail. With previous contractors, things often were not fully aligned with the client up front, which led to delays and redoing work. At Provision, nearly every detail is reviewed and locked in with the client before construction begins, and it makes all the difference.

His advice echoes that: iron out the details with your client before construction starts. It makes the entire process smoother for everyone and helps cut down on delays.

His favorite thing about living in Arizona is waking up to sunshine every day. Outside of work, he is usually outdoors doing something active, golf, hiking, or floating the river.

One fun fact: before he got into construction, Braiden worked as a commercial fisherman.
